Bohemia House is a stunning new build in St Martin. Designed by DLM Architects, it was recently shortlisted for the Guernsey Design Awards.

The kitchen was designed around a very simple and sophisticated palette of black and grey. An entire wall of tall units with monobloc matt black lacquered doors makes an impressive and elegant statement. The 10mm tolerances from the ceiling and floor create a sense of precision and attention to detail. One door conceals a utility and boot room. The matt black finish of the units is lifted by beautiful grey stone tops with a magnificent build-up of 180mm, which effortlessly contributes to the kitchen’s grand and monolithic feel.
