The Lofts is a stunning development of 17 apartments in the centre of St Peter Port. The Penthouse enjoys enviable views of the sea and the surrounding islands and, as one would expect of an executive apartment, the internal specifications are high.

Cucine 09 was briefed to design a kitchen with an impressive wow factor. Working with the Arrital range we chose a combination of Sun-dried Aged Fir veneer and Soft Touch matt black lacquer for the units and composite stone for the work surfaces, a theme that continues into the utility room and pantry. The result is sophisticated and unique and provides plenty of visual impact. 

The grey colour palette was also used to stylish effect in the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a beautiful walk-in closet and the other two bedrooms have elegant tall wardrobes. Similar cupboards were chosen for the entrance area, and all were produced and made in Italy by Guzzini & Fontana.
